At this time, we are unable to process any orders from New York State, outside of sponsored testing. Please note Familial Variant Testing (FVT) and Targeted Variant Testing (TVT) are also not available at this time to New York patients, even following use of a sponsored test. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause clinicians or patients in New York State. You can order kits for sponsored testing (i.e. NovoDETECT, My Retina Tracker, and Resonate Program) below. Kit types for Diagnostic tests

Due to the discontinuation of lab services in the US, new kit orders will only be fulfilled for clients who have recently updated their laboratory services agreement (LSA). This updated agreement must acknowledge that your samples will be processed in Helsinki, Finland, and that Blueprint Genetics will invoice you according to our institutional billing practices, in US dollars. Please note that the maximum order quantity for kits is 10.

Kit Lite - Blood

Kit Lite is a service dedicated to those customers who prefer to use their own shipping method. Kit Lite contains a device, instruction sheet and packaging materials for both FedEx and DHL. Please note that a return shipping label is not included.

Buccal Swab Devices*

You can order a package including only buccal swab devices (ORACollectDNA® OCR-100) and tube labels. Devices are sent in multiples of 25 and the service is dedicated to high-volume customers. Please note that shipping materials are not included in the package. Shipping fees are covered by Blueprint Genetics when using our courier and provided account number. We are happy to assist in the shipping process.
